We present ourselves as a mindfulness centre in Valencia, as we know that the current pace of life is intense and accelerated, which has a negative impact on society, causing more and more stress, lack of concentration and awareness of the body.
In mindfulness in Valencia we practice mindfulness on the body to live in the present. Feeling and slowing down the breathing, as well as focusing on the different parts of the body are techniques of this discipline to focus on the here and now.
